Basin Status Report: Lower St. Johns

The Lower St. Johns Basin Status Report is part of the first phase of implementation of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (Department) watershed approach for restoring and protecting water resources and addressing total maximum daily load (TMDL) program requirements. The watershed approach provides a framework for implementing the requirements of the 1999 Florida Watershed Restoration Act and Section 303(d) of the federal Clean Water Act.
