Complaint for Declaractory and Injuctive Relief

Plaintiffs—Florida Wildlife Federation, Inc.; Sierra Club, Inc.; Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Inc.; Environmental Confederation of Southwest Florida, Inc, and St. Johns Riverkeeper, Inc.—bring the following complaint against Stephen L. Johnson and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) for failing to comply with their nondiscretionary duty to promptly set numeric nutrient criteria for the state of Florida as directed by section 303(c)(4)(B) of the Clean Water Act. This complaint seeks a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief.
