This report presents the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for dissolved oxygen (DO) and nutrients for Swimming Pen Creek and the TMDL for nutrients Doctors Lake in the Lower St. Johns River Basin. Swimming Pen Creek was verified as impaired for both DO and nutrients, and was included on the Verified List of impaired waters for the Lower St. Johns River Basin that was adopted by Secretarial Order in May 2009. Doctors Lake was also verified for nutrients and was included on the Verified List adopted in May 2009. These TMDLs establish the allowable loadings to Swimming Pen Creek and Doctors Lake that would restore the waterbodies so that they meet applicable water quality criteria for both DO and nutrients.
