Duval County's 50 Dirtiest Waters: The List of Shame

The St. Johns Riverkeeper calls it the 'list of shame.' The state Department of Environmental Protection goes with the less melodramatic phrase 'impaired rivers.' But by any name, the St. Johns River's 50 polluted tributaries in Duval County don't smell so sweet.
