Central Florida's Thirst Threatens River
Starting in early 2003, an influential group of business leaders, called 'The Florida Council of 100', met behind closed doors to divvy up the state's water supply. Those meetings resulted in the development of a report published in September, 2003, entitled, Improving Floridaís Water Supply Management Structure.
