Final TMDL Report: Fecal Coliform TMDL for Mill Creek (WBID 2460)
This report presents the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for fecal coliform bacteria for Mill Creek in the Lower St. Johns Basin. The creek was verified as impaired for fecal coliform and therefore was included on the Verified List of impaired waters for the Lower St. Johns Basin that was adopted by Secretarial Order on May 19, 2009. The TMDL establishes the allowable fecal coliform loadings to Mill Creek that would restore the waterbody so that it meets its applicable water quality criterion for fecal coliform.
